Policies & Terms

The Course Formula — digital product terms, refund policy, and legal information.

1. Digital Product

The Course Formula is a digital product delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped. After checkout, you'll receive access to download the vault as a ZIP file, which you extract and open as a vault in Obsidian.

Because access is delivered automatically and instantly, purchases cannot be canceled once access has been issued — the guarantee below is the process for requesting a refund instead.

2. 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee

CourseFormula is built to be used, not just downloaded. The 30-day guarantee is action-based: it requires evidence that you genuinely worked through the vault, not simply that you purchased it.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Contact thecourseformula@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
  • Show what you actually worked through — for example, completed templates, notes, or the module(s) you went through inside the vault.
  • Each request is reviewed individually. If it qualifies under this policy, the purchase price is refunded.

This exists so buyers who genuinely try the system and find it isn't right for them aren't stuck — while keeping the guarantee tied to real effort rather than an automatic no-questions refund.

3. What the Guarantee Covers (and Doesn't)

Covered: Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by evidence of genuine effort inside the vault (completed templates, notes, or module work).

Not covered:

  • Requests made after the 30-day window has passed.
  • Requests with no evidence that the vault was actually used.
  • Dissatisfaction based on results, income, or outcomes rather than the product itself — see Section 4 below.
  • Change of mind prior to opening or using the vault, without having worked through the material.

4. No Income or Results Guarantees

The Course Formula is an educational and organizational tool. It provides a system, templates, and structure for building and launching a course. It does not guarantee sales, income, or any specific outcome.

Your results depend on factors outside of this product, including your effort, your market, your existing skills, and how you apply what's inside the vault. Nothing on the sales page, in the vault, or in this policy should be read as a promise of income or results.

5. Privacy

Basic information provided at checkout (such as your name and email) is used only to deliver your purchase, provide support, and communicate with you about your order. It is not sold to third parties.

Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details ourselves. If you contact us for support or a refund request, information you share is used only to review and respond to that request.

6. Personal Use Only

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the CourseFormula vault for your own course-building process. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the vault, its files, templates, or contents — in part or in full — to any other person, group, or platform, whether for free or for payment.

7. Watermarking

Copies of the vault may include identifying information tied to the original purchase. This is used to trace copies that are shared or redistributed outside the terms of this license. Redistributing a watermarked copy does not remove your responsibility under Section 6.

8. Intellectual Property

All content inside The Course Formula — including but not limited to the vault structure, written material, templates, prompts, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Course Formula and its creator. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reproduce, publish, or repurpose this content beyond your own personal use.

9. Chargebacks

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please use the refund process outlined in Section 2 before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster this way.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting the refund process may result in your access to the vault being revoked and may affect eligibility for future purchases.
